Working hours
Customer service is open Monday to Saturday. The press is closed Saturday, Sunday and public holidays when we count production days.
Customer service hours are 9:30 to 17:30 IST, Monday to Saturday, and the desk can stay with a job later when the work requires it. Call and you will reach a person.
Production turnaround does not count Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If you approve a proof by 22:00 IST on a business day, that day counts as day one.
The previous site published a 2013–2014 holiday list: Labour Day (1 May 2013), Independence Day (15 August 2013), Durga Puja (13 October 2013), Diwali (3–6 November 2013), Christmas (25 December 2013), Makar Sankranti (14 January 2014), Republic Day (26 January 2014) and Holi (17 March 2014). Ask us for the current year's closures before you promise a date.
