As far As the offset or Digital printing is concerned the Color mode must be in CMYK to be a print ready file. If the files are submitted using any other color mode, such as RGB or Pantone,By default the files will be converted to CMYK during preflighting. Conversion from one color standard to another may result in a colors variation or colors dropping out.
A hard copy proof is available in most of our products to view an accurate color representation of your artwork before going to press.

- Does turnaround time including shipping time?
The Turnaround time purely means as production turnaround time-varies by product to product, tenure ranging from three to Fifteen business days and more than that depend upon the quantity and the fabrication involved in the product. Same-day production turnaround time is also available for some of the products. You should check the turnaround option for the specific or particular product that interests you. In addition, you should check our site to ensure that your turnaround time will not be effected by an upcoming holiday.

| A | | Yes. Guwahati Printers guarantees turnaround time, which is also known as production turnaround time when all requirements have been met by client to begin turnaround time period. S S Graphics strives to meet turnaround commitments for every job, production delays may occur. In the case that S S Graphics misses a turnaround commitment, S S Graphics will remedy the situation by providing a refund for rush charges upto 5% of the Product (Product Prices does not include Shipping Prices) or a courtesy rush on your next upcoming job. Cancellation of a job or entire order based on turnaround time is permitted only if the original order clearly states that the job is time sensitive and that if it cannot be shipped by the contracted date as mentioned, the client does not want us to process the order. |

What if there is a product pricing is incorrect or any error in the website? | |

S S Graphics cannot confirm the price of a configured product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, S S Graphics shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the case an item is mispriced, S S Graphics may, at our discretion, either contact you via email or by other mode for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
